Multimount® / Omnimount® - Cross Reference

Leaving the "cave" of Harman I ran into Paul Allen, president of Adaptive Technologies, which includes the metalworking businesses of Allen Products-loudspeaker mounts, ATM Fly-Ware, responsible for many of the hanging cluster systems of American loudspeaker manufacturers and Adaptive Video Walls and Displays, hardware and frames for video LCD and plasma arrays.

These businesses seek to expand their network of distribution around the world, for those who are interested in these product categories. Here, we captured Paul under the ATM Fly-Ware clusters of the arena, over where Roland's mega stand was located."

Multimount® / Omnimount® - Cross Reference

OmniMount has discontinued their pro-install wall mounts. The discontinued models include their 60 series and the 120 series.

60 Series Wall Mounts;

For wall mounted applications replace with MultiMount MM-022 or MM-024. Both are available in black, offer pan and tilt adjustments and have the same speaker mounting hole pattern and weight load rating as the 60 series. MM-024 offers vertical orientations of speakers and they mount to both the bottom and rear surface mounting points. MM-022 offers vertical and horizontal orientations of speakers and they mount to rear surface mounting points only.

For ceiling mounted applications replace with MultiMount MM-020X or MM-020-CM. Both of these models are available in black and may be installed to top or rear surface mounting points. MM-020X offers a speaker bracket with pan and tilt capabilities and a coupler that adapts to standard 1/2" pipe and NPT pipe thread. MM-020-CM ids new and offers the same but with an overhead universal ceiling bracket that also adapts to standard 1/2" pipe and NPT thread.

120 Series Wall Mounts;

For wall mounted applications, replace with MultiMount MM-120. This pan and tilt mount has the same speaker mounting hole pattern and weight load rating as the 120 series. The MM-120 is limited to vertically oriented, wall mounted speaker applications and is available in black only. For those of you familiar with this product, it has recently been redesigned to incorporate a different wall attachment and will be available on our shelves soon.

For ceiling mounted applications, refer to our Steerables SAS-100-CM. The loudspeaker will need U-Bracket or suspension points. This product is available in black.
